We’ll combine your reality and needs with relevant best practices and my academic and lived experience to design, deliver, and implement what your teams and organization need to thrive. Along with integrating values-driven behaviors, rituals, and norms into your organization’s ecosystem, I demystify how you and your workforce will be ready today and in the future. Creating and sustaining healthy and engaged teams requires organization-wide knowledge, skills, trust, safety, security, and belonging. The difference between a group of indifferent employees and a fully engaged team often comes down to one simple thing – leaders. More than ever, leaders must focus on the systemic and human elements required for today’s complexities and beyond.

With a 3-hour weekly time commitment, this five-month facilitated learning journey combines theory with a focus on experiential learning, practice, and sharing in groups and within participants’ workplaces to ensure relevance and integration.
