Hi, I’m Deb, Debs, or Deborah (she/her). My path has been anything but linear—more like the tangled cord in my logo—but every twist and turn has brought me closer to my purpose: helping people and systems thrive in ways that are just, sustainable, deeply human, and mindful of our planet.

From Chasing Success to Defining My Own

For years, I chased a version of success that someone else had defined—climbing corporate ladders, leading start-ups, and managing global teams. I adapted, performed, and checked all the right boxes. But no matter how far I advanced, something always felt missing. I had shaped my career around external expectations, not internal alignment.

Then, in 2010, I listened to the quiet pull of something more profound. I pivoted to international humanitarian work, immersing myself in new cultures, systems, and ways of thinking. In the messiness of real-world challenges, I found clarity. I learned that leadership isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating the conditions where the right questions emerge.

The pandemic was another turning point. I earned my coaching certification and a master’s in business transformation, sustainability, and organisational cultures—but more importantly, I redefined what work and leadership could look like. I realized that embracing imperfection isn’t a weakness; it’s the key to creativity, resilience, and meaningful impact.

I believe in curating life-first experiences—ones that prioritize people and the planet over profit, exploration over perfection, and connection over convention.

I don’t have all the answers, but I know the right conversations can unlock them. Whether I’m facilitating a leadership retreat, guiding a team through a complex transition, or sparking deep dialogue, I create spaces where clarity, trust, and bold thinking thrive.

I am a Sensemaker (aka creative thinker) thriving in uncertainty and change. I demystify big, fuzzy, complex problems for teams and their leaders to co-create innovative and sustainable solutions for challenging problems. 

I am an Orchestrator (aka systems-focused strategic advisor), holding a problem’s root cause in one hand while seeking new opportunities for connection with the other.  

As an ICF certified PCC Coach and Mentor, I create connective and generative spaces for leaders and teams to realize their greatest potential. 

As a Facilitator, I channel the power of connection to bring out the best in everyone so that our work together sparks alignment, creates transformative experiences and sustainable action.

As a Strategic Advisor, I leverage my expertise in systems thinking, design thinking, evidence-based decision-making, and strategic planning to align client goals and impact with realities and challenges for grounded outcomes.
